How do projects start?

How do you plan a campaign?
We start with your goals and numbers: where you are now, where you want to be in one year and in five, and which platforms feel hardest for you. Then we research your brand, your competitors and your best customers, plan the content and channels, and agree how we will measure and report results.
What happens after I sign?
Once the contract is agreed, it is signed by our CEO Abid Dharamsey and sent to you to sign. Our accounts team then contacts you within 48 hours about the first payment, and your project team books the first meeting to start the research.
How often will I get updates?
We schedule weekly meetings with every client, and if you need a meeting in between, we make time and come prepared. Ongoing services also get a report at the end of each month.
How much should I spend on digital marketing?
A common rule of thumb is at least 5% of your sales revenue, but it depends on your audience and goals. We can help you work out a budget, and we customise every plan to fit it.
How does payment work?
Our fee is paid in three instalments: 50% before the research starts, 30% halfway through the project, and the final 20% when we hand over. You can pay by bank transfer, cheque, or credit card for invoices under $1,000.
What if I need to cancel?
If the research has not started yet, we refund your first instalment in full. If it has started, contact your strategist by email and we will agree a fair plan with you.
Is ad spend included in your price?
No. Ad spend, platform fees and government filing fees are paid separately and directly. Our quote covers our work only, so you always see where your money goes.
Can you guarantee results?
Nobody honest can guarantee sales, followers, media coverage or bank approval. What we promise is clear work, regular reporting and that we keep improving what is not working.
Do you work with clients outside the UK and US?
Yes. Most of our work is done online, and our business setup service is built for founders outside the US and UK.
