Can I form a UK company if I do not live in the UK?

Yes. Anyone over 16 can be a director of a UK limited company, wherever they live. Everything is done online.

How long does it take to register a UK LTD?

Once your details and identity checks are complete, Companies House usually registers the company within a few business days.

Do I need a UK address?

Your company needs a UK registered office. A London registered office is included for the first year.

What do I need to file each year?

A confirmation statement and annual accounts with Companies House, plus a tax return to HMRC. We can support you with these as an add-on.
