Northline Founders
From idea to US company.
The challenge
The founder lived in Dubai and wanted to sell an online service to US customers. That meant a US company, an EIN, a bank account and a website, and she had no idea which came first.
Most advice she found online covered only one part. The paperwork guides ignored the website, and the web designers ignored the paperwork, so nothing lined up.
A founder in Dubai launching an online service for US customers needs a company, a bank account and a website, fast.
One launch plan: LLC, EIN and banking application in one track, website and launch ads in the other, finishing together.
- Wyoming LLC formation
- EIN and banking support
- Website and booking page
- Launch ads
A founder does not want an LLC. She wants to take her first US payment. Every step should be planned back from that day.
The strategy
The founder wanted to sell to US customers from Dubai without travelling. We split the launch into two tracks that run at the same time: the company track (Wyoming LLC, EIN and banking application) and the brand track (website, booking page and launch ads).
Both tracks were planned to finish together, so on the day the company is ready, the website and ads are ready too.
What success looks like.
The targets this plan is built around, and how we would track each one.
Company ready
LLC formed, EIN issued and banking application sent.
Website live
A clear site with a booking page that takes payments.
First customers
Launch ads switched on the same week the company is ready.
